Reading your results
WhatFlik does not give you one answer and hope. It shows a ranked set of suspects and explains its thinking, so you can judge for yourself.
Confidence and match strength
Each suspect has a percentage and a label. Above 70 percent is a strong match, 50 to 69 is possible, and below that means it needs more to go on. A text-only search rarely maxes out, so a possible match is often the right answer.
Why it might be, and why it might not
Every suspect lists the reasons in its favor and the reasons against. If the case for it lines up with your memory, you have probably found it. If the weakness is the one detail you are sure of, look further down the list.
The follow-up question
When confidence is low, WhatFlik asks one focused question, such as whether the film was animated or live action. Answering it and searching again usually sharpens the result.
